Manosar® is a pioneering urinary tract health supplement formulated as prolonged release micro pellets packed into convenient daily stick packs. Each serving contains:
- 2000 mg of D-mannose
- 140 mg of cranberry proanthocyanidins (PACs) – tested by the BL-DMAC method*.
Manosar® is made in Spain, where it has been on sale since 2015. It was the world’s first product to deliver this specific ingredient combination in a prolonged-release dosage form.
Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children or adolescents.
*The BL-DMAC method specifically measures proanthocyanidins (PACs). Traditional UV methods can detect non-PAC compounds in cranberry extracts and may overestimate PAC levels by 3–4 times. BL-DMAC provides a more accurate result.

Directions of Use
Dosage:
- Take one sachet daily, preferably before bedtime and after urination.
Directions:
- Pour the micro pellets from one sachet directly into your mouth (all at once or in portions).
- Swallow the pellets with a glass of water.
- Alternatively, you may disperse the pellets in yogurt before consuming.
Important:
- Do not chew the pellets.
- For best results, use continuously for at least 3 months.

Why Manosar® uses micro pellet technology
Cranberry proanthocyanidins and D-mannose are gradually cleared from the body after ingestion. As a result, regular dosing is needed to maintain their supportive effects.
Manosar® is a prolonged-release urinary wellness supplement. The micro pellets in each stick pack gradually release their active ingredients rather than all at once. This continuous release helps sustain their effects throughout the day and night.

Know how much PAC you’re taking
Not all cranberry products are the same. Cranberry powders are simply ground dried fruit and usually contain a small unquantified amount of the the active compound, Proanthocyanidins (PACs). Products labelled with a cranberry extract ratio such as 25:1 may be more concentrated, but their labels don't tell you how many PACs they actually contain. Reliable products state the amount of PACs so you know exactly what you’re getting.
